Phoenix Hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the center of the Vassiliki and 38km from the city of Lefkada. It is in the middle of the long beach. Vassiliki is fairly quiet at the start and end of the summer season, but comes to life in July and August and recognised as one of the windsurfing capitals of Europe.
